Rodolfo Rivera Munoz on Indigenous Law Part 1

San Antonio Attorney activist Rodolfo Munoz speaks at the forum held on the Treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo in January 2009. He talks about how the U.S Constitution excludes Indians from their rights in America. The forum was to discuss the effects of this treaty on the indigenous, or Indian people from Mexico and the U.S. This clip was for San Antonio Public Access TV, Indians are not Americans Show and The Mestizo Experience Show.
